How do I make a reservation?

Simply choose the tour you’re wishing to attend and register your details, a deposit of approx 15% of your tour cost is required to secure your position in the Camp Amazon NZ Village. With final payments needing to be paid 60 days prior to tour departure date.

Deposit for 4 Day Tour = $260 AUD

Deposit for 7 Day Tour = $480 AUD

Deposit for 11 Day Tour = $720 AUD

All payments can be made via Paypal. Paypal details will be sent to you after submitting your booking form.


Are prices based on share occupancy?

Yes, prices are based on a share occupancy with up to ten per sleeping marquee. Limited double and single tents are available for an additional total surcharge of:

Single - $280 per person, per night. Surcharge to be added to total of tour cost.

Double - $260 per couple, per night. Surcharge to be added to total of tour cost.


What’s included in the price of the Camp Amazon NZ tour?

Coach transfers, luxurious Amazon Village accomodation and all meals and activities as specified during the tour.


Do you offer group discounts?

Yes we do! Please contact us direct for groups of 4 to 7  -  8 to 10 and over.


Can I make a change in my reservation?

Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 

Is Travel Insurance suggested?


Travel Insurance is always suggested when travelling, so yes, contact your Travel Agent or go on line.
 

How do I book a flight?
 

Either go through a travel agent or go on-line, either way, organise to be in Auckland City for a midday pickup on the day of the tour departure.


What if I need to cancel?
 

Cancellation fees do apply as per breakdown below.

Booking Conditions

Our Responsibilites.

1. Your booking: A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us and our confirmation thereof to you.

2. If we cancel or change your tour. Camp Amazon NZ reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with circumstances beyond its control.

If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Camp Amazon NZ’s control) we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.

Camp Amazon NZ is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.
